仕事内容	We’re currently looking for a senior software engineer(Python/ Web Dev) to join our fast-paced growing team. As part of the engineering team, you will be responsible for building cloud-security solutions used by thousands of enterprise companies. Our flagship product provides functionalities ranging from access control, email filtering, online storage, and email archiving. We focus on implementing state-of-the-art security functionalities, ensuring SLA 99.9%in distributed fault-tolerant deployment, and providing the best user experience to our customers. 【Responsibilities】 Design, develop, and maintain innovative features based on business needs Design scalable and fault-tolerant architecture in a distributed cloud deployment Ensure high quality deliverables through CI/CD pipelines, tests, and documentation Collaborate with Design, Product Management and Customer Success teams to continuously improve the product Support the team by actively participating in discussions and reviewing others’code Improve team synergy and mentor junior engineers 【Work style】 Flexible working hours with core time Hybrid work environment with emphasis on in-office collaboration and the encouragement for employees to work onsite
経験・資格	※求人情報の応募要件全てに該当しなくても、企業様に対して内々に打診したり相談することが可能な場合もございます。一つでも当てはまる方は前向きにご検討下さい。 【Requirements】 Minimum Qualifications ・Experience working with Python for backend development ・Strong background building scalable web applications in Python ・Ability to mentor junior engineers and work collaboratively in a team environment ・Experience with cloud infrastructure, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure ・Ability to automate deployments via CI/CD pipelines ・Understand the importance of clean code and software documentation ・Fluency in English (Japanese is not required) ・Interested in open source or tech community activities At least meet three of the following criteria: ・Degree in Computer Science or other related technical fields ・Experience building large-scale distributed systems ・Experience in cloud computing platforms, especially AWS ・Experience with building SaaS products ・Knowledge of web security concepts and technologies related to access control or email-related field ・Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code) ・Knowledge of Linux / MacOS / Unix-like environments ・Team leadership experience ※更なる詳細事項は、カウンセリング（面談）時にお伝えします。
