仕事内容	●Health &Benefits Team provides insurance program and benefits consulting to large multinational companies for employee benefits which are a critical component in recruiting and retaining talent which ultimately drives business performance.We help organizations develop enterprise-wide strategies for making thoughtful benefit decisions and managing those benefits chosen in order to meet employee needs at a cost that they can afford ・both today and in the future. ●Provide insurance program with risk management method and the company grovel networking.We provide a best solution by using in combination of domestic and foreign insurance companies with taking each speciality into consideration. ●Provide consulting for employee benefits package，well-being，company specific or market wide Benchmarking and benefits survey info with institutional design and IT solution in line with business circumstances.Provide comprehensive HR consulting service，retirement，reward，talent management，and M&A tied up with Towers Watson. Our services include: ●Placement of Insurable Benefits with Life and/or General Insurers ●Managing of Benefits utilization and client relationships Company specific or market wide Benchmarking and benefits survey info ●Evaluation，Design and Implementation of Wellness strategy &programs ●Feasibility studies，design and implementation of flexible benefits plans ●Development of Funding Strategies with Captive/Pooling ●Vendor Evaluation，Selection and Management ●Health and Benefit Administration and Outsourcing 【The Role】 ●As Client Relationship Management of Health &Benefits Team，serve as the project manager and day to day communication liaison with our clients，contribute to client management and new business activities. ●initiatives which is consistent with team strategy ●Performance Objectives: Clients ・Deliver superior，consistent client management and deliverables

Self-starter attitude and ability to work with ambiguity ●Flexibility and proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues ●Strong analytical and creative skills The ability to see the ‘big picture，’leveraging the resources of related practices to address the clients’business challenges ●Fundamental technical skill in MS Office (Outlook，Word，PowerPoint，and Excel) ●Proficiency in Japanese and English.Business level ●English is big plus. ●Bachelor’s degree required ※更なる詳細事項は、カウンセリング（面談）時にお伝えします。
