As QA professionals, we contribute to both developers and users in realizing our company’s vision to "Become business infrastructure.” ●Team responsibilities The QA group leads QA activities across all products, optimizing QA processes for new EPICs/PBIs and existing features to strengthen product competitiveness and maximize customer value ▼Testing and quality management Participate in requirements definition and design reviews to identify and resolve risks in early development stages. Plan and implement QA activities for new EPICs/PBIs to ensure quality standards. Support continuous product reliability improvement through regression testing of existing features. Lead quality management processes through test progress monitoring and deliverable reviews. ▼Customer value assessment and improvement Use quantitative and qualitative data to assess product value delivery. Analyze customer feedback and actual usage data to propose product improvements. ▼Test automation development and environment setup Drive creation and operation of test automation scripts and CI/CD pipeline integration. Support process optimization through test environment setup and operational management. ▼Continual process Improvement through technology and data Analyze test effort, defect data, and incident information to implement improvements. Promote test efficiency and process improvements using AI and latest technologies. Measure technical and quality effects of development projects to lead data-driven improvements. ▼Leadership and organizational growth Support organizational skill development through team member guidance and knowledge sharing. Collaborate with other departments to implement QA best practices. Your responsibilities ▼Initial responsibilities Lead product-level QA activities in requirements definition and design reviews. Measure and analyze customer value to propose product improvements. Design and operate test automation frameworks, develop scripts, and promote CI/CD process integration. Implement product-level process improvements use latest technology and quality data to achieve efficiency and reliability improvements. ▼Future responsibilities Lead department-wide QA strategy and resolve quality issues across all products. Drive product improvements using AI technology to maximize customer value. Promote quality-focused culture and standardize quality criteria across the QA organization. Lead product improvements to maximize customer value and foster a quality-conscious culture company-wide.
