| 仕事内容 | ●Overview We are looking for a motivated Product Designer (UI/UX Designer) with a passion for product design to join our team to work on reshaping complex products with intuitive and effective solutions in the cloud security industry. Fluency in both English and Japanese is a must, along with strong communication skills to seamlessly collaborate with our cross-functional teams. You will be working in a leading cloud-based security provider in Japan, focusing on projects related to our flagship product, HENNGE One, which offers access control, email archiving, and other security and productivity-related functionalities for enterprise companies. 【Minimum Qualifications】・Experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on product design. ・Proficiency in Figma for design collaboration and prototyping. ・Strong problem-solving skills and a keen analytical mindset. ・Good communication skills in both English and Japanese(N2 and above). ・Willingness to learn more about product design and conduct user interviews. ・Live, plan to live, or relocate within commuting distance of our Tokyo office 【Nice to have】 ・Experience working in the security-related industry ・Experience working with design systems. ・Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices to ensure inclusivity in design solutions. ・Experience conducting user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to inform design decisions. ※更なる詳細事項は、カウンセリング（面談）時にお伝えします。 |
