| 仕事内容 | Job/Group Overview: The Chief Transformation Office (CTO) function is responsible for the delivery of change across the Nomura Group, working closely with the other Chief Corporate Officers in support of the business divisions to ensure we meet our regulatory and strategic long-term goals. Within CTO, the Risk Change team is involved in supporting Risk Management in implementing various change and regulatory initiatives. Team is responsible for providing consulting, business analysis, testing and project management capabilities on strategic system enhancement/migration projects or regulatory change projects covering Market Risk, Credit Risk and Stress Testing. Responsibilities: As part of the Risk Global Book of Work covering Regulatory, Strategic and incremental business change there is a requirement for an experienced delivery focused project manager/business analyst with Risk domain knowledge and Japanese/English bilingual capabilities to conduct business level discussions. The candidate would be leading several key workstreams to deliver across a number of risk initiatives while building regional team capability and fostering cross-functional collaboration. This role offers opportunities for professional development and increased responsibilities within the regional Risk transformation agenda 【Project Management&Delivery】 ・Agreeing project scope with senior stakeholders and managing the project scope throughout the project lifecycle. ・Clearly defining success criteria for each stage of the project and ensuring successful completion of all tasks within the project plan on time and within budget. The overall project will be measured by adherence to delivering against a set of pre-agreed KPIs. ・Understanding and monitoring cross-project dependencies that may impact project delivery. ・Ensuring delivery of projects is in accordance with CTOs project management governance protocols and standards. ・Creative and innovative thinking ability to adapt and leverage both agile and waterfall project methodologies based on project circumstances and stakeholder needs ・Establishing and upholding robust governance and communication frameworks at program level 【Stakeholder Management】 ・Ability to work and collaborate across a broad range of stakeholders across various levels of seniority and experience, developing and enhancing key stakeholder relationships. ・Effective stakeholder management relating to the project, ensuring through both day-to-day management, and in governance, that project status clearly articulated and timely in its delivery. ・Timely reporting of project status, issues, risks to various management team and governance forum as appropriate. Including issue escalation and resolution with portfolio lead and senior management. ・Good communication skills and understanding of key Risk Management business processes to support presentation of complex topics to senior management. ・Chairing program working groups by setting agendas and driving discussions alongside functional and technology leads. 【Team Leadership and Development】 ・Managing all resources that form part of the delivery team for the project(s), incorporating all resources and their activities into clearly stated defendable plan for the project(s). Supporting, mentoring and coaching team members to ensure delivery. ・Building and improving capability to effectively and efficiently manage delivery by coaching and mentoring Project Managers in the global organization through both line management and matrix management approaches. ・Strong team player who would be required to work closely with the global business, IT, BAs, QA and development team throughout project lifecycle. 【Business Analysis and Requirements Management】 ・Understanding the front-to-back risk business processes allowing for optimal requirements gathering and synergies between projects. ・Interpreting the regulatory requirements in conjunction with various Risk stakeholders to manage scoping of business requirements and delivery. ・Acting as business gate keeper, control issues being raised to IT and work with the business to ensure issues are raised appropriately, prioritised and are fully understood/agreed globally. ・Working with business users, business analysts (BAs), IT to ensure requirements are correctly captured, understood and delivered in line with expectations。 |

Requirements:・Equivalent work experience of in Market Risk, Counterparty Credit Risk and/or Stress Testing or Risk Technology as a Project Manager/Business Analyst or Program manager. ・Exposure to regulatory requirements such as Basel III, FRTB and RWA calculation. ・Business level proficiency in Japanese and English (both written and spoken) capable of conducting business level discussions - mandatory requirement. ・Good knowledge of the Market Risk, Counterparty Credit Risk and/or Stress Testing domain and metrics like - VaR, Expected Shortfall, IRC, PD, LGD, EAD, PE, PFE, EEPE, VaR, RWA etc. ・Proficient in the use of various tools (e.g. MPP, Confluence, JIRA) to manage project deliverables. ・Understanding of risk data flows and architecture including risk limits. ・Ability to utilise and adapt delivery methodologies to suit the projects, stakeholders through the lifecycle of the project. ・Ability to lead dedicated workstreams and manage multiple deliveries end to end concurrently. ・Self-starter with excellent presentational, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at a range of levels within the organization in both Japanese and English. ・Prior experience in risk system implementations and involvement in regulatory projects. ・Exposure to Risk systems, data and processes involved in generating risk regulatory capital. ・Strong attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness of delivery. ・Experience in defining Testing approach, test plan and test co-ordination. ・Experience with organizational change management in large financial institutions. ・Proven experience facilitating the elicitation of requirements from end users and translating them to user, functional and non-functional requirements for Development Teams. Work with development teams (IT) to clarify that design meets requirements. ・Detailed knowledge of all Microsoft Office products, i.e. Word, Excel, Project&Power Point. ・Management of business analysis and project manager resources to deliver multiple projects/workstreams. ・Strong leadership experience in both line management and matrix management environments with proven coaching and mentoring capabilities. ・Ability to build and grow teams of varying skill sets and experience levels. ・Experience working with technology teams to deliver complex solutions across multiple business areas, functions and locations. ・Good educational pedigree, finance/risk domain and Project Management certifications (PMP, Agile Scrum Master, FRM etc.) ※更なる詳細事項は、カウンセリング(面談)時にお伝えします。 |
