Job Summary The Facilities Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting client's facilities management operations, ensuring a high-quality workplace experience for all staff and visitors. This position requires a proactive, service-oriented individual who can effectively coordinate various aspects of facilities services, including maintenance, workplace services, and colleague experience initiatives. Major Responsibilities Coordinate the delivery of facilities services, ensuring alignment with client's global standards and local requirements. Act as a liaison between service providers, staff, and management to ensure efficient resolution of facilities-related issues. Support the implementation and maintenance of client's workplace experience initiatives, focusing on enhancing staff satisfaction and productivity. Assist in managing the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for work order tracking and asset management. Participate in regular facilities inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Collaborate with the sustainability team to implement and monitor energy-efficient practices and waste reduction initiatives. Assist in coordinating moves, adds, and changes (MACs) within the facility, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Support the planning and execution of workplace modernization projects, working closely with project management teams. Help maintain accurate space management data and assist with strategic occupancy planning initiatives. Coordinate with security teams to ensure the proper functioning of access control systems and other security measures. Assist in managing food and beverage services, ensuring high-quality offerings and compliance with health and safety regulations. Support the organization and execution of events and hospitality services within the facility. Contribute to the continuous improvement of facilities services by collecting and analyzing data on service performance and user satisfaction. |

QualificationsExperience in a similar role including Facilities Management, Building operations, and administrating contracts. Knowledge of building systems, infrastructure, and maintenance practices. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting. Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on enhancing workplace experience.
