仕事内容	Job Description Development of test technologies for next-generation automotive SOC and MCU products and their standardization ● Formulation of test strategies and policies to realize test quality/cost/development TAT targets ● Design and standardization (guide creation) of DFT specifications/tester pattern specifications based on test strategies/policies[Background] In order to secure a advantage in the fierecely competitive field of automotive SOC and MCU products, advanced technorogy and innovatiove approches such as chiplet are required even in the testing. Therefore strengthening the test engineering team is essential. We are currently seeking engineers with a strong spirit of challenge to take on a strategically important role in testing new products, including 3nm SOCs*The full details regarding your position scope as well as any future potential changes in work location and job scope will be provided during the interview process. Company Description In the competition in the global market for automotive SoC and MCU products, it is important to secure superiority in cost and quality in addition to performance. In testing, advanced technologies and innovative approaches are required, such as chiplets. In addition, parallel development of test platforms (standardization) from a time-to-market perspective is required. This time, we will strengthen engineers who can respond to these requirements. In this position, you will be able to play a strategic role in the testing of new products including 3nm generation SOC and next generation MCU with new non-volatile memory.
